Terms of Service

By accessing or using SocialSnap.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

SocialSnap.io is an AI-powered platform that monitors YouTube channels you subscribe to, generates structured summaries of new videos, and delivers those summaries to your inbox. The Service includes a free tier and optional paid Pro and Builder tiers with expanded limits.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at rasel@raselmahadi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data will be erased and cannot be recovered. Any active paid subscription will be cancelled at the time of deletion with no refund for unused time.

We reserve the right to disable any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or other users.

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Builder) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your chosen currency at checkout and may change with prior notice.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately with no refund for the remaining period.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute summaries generated by the Service.
• Submit content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SocialSnap.io and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated summaries are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. YouTube video content remains the property of the respective creators and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. SocialSnap.io claims no ownership over third-party video content.

The Service relies on third-party providers including YouTube (for video data), Anthropic (for AI summaries), Resend (for email delivery), and Stripe (for payments). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that summaries are accurate, complete, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain mistakes; always refer to the original video for critical decisions. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or free from bugs or viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialSnap.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
