Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your Profile settings or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your paid plan features until that date.
2. 14-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment or renewal charge. To request a refund, contact us at hello@socialsnap.io within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- You request a refund within 14 days of the charge.
- You were charged in error due to a technical fault on our side.
- You were billed after cancelling your subscription due to a processing error.
- Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.
After 14 days from the charge date, refunds are issued at our discretion.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and is not subject to any billing or refund policy.
5. Account Deletion
If you delete your account while on a paid plan, your subscription is cancelled immediately and no refund is issued for the remaining billing period. All your data is permanently erased upon deletion.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle. Refund requests that are approved will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
